Terms for Businesses using 100pins
If you are a business paying to use 100pins.com for specific purposes, please read these binding terms.
By using a paid business account or paid page for a business/service/event/personality on 100pins, you (referred to as "merchant" or "you" herein) agree to the following conditions with LRR Technologies (Hyderabad) Pvt Ltd (referred to as "100pins", "we" or "us" herein), and also to abide by our Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy, posted on 100pins.com and all other 100pins websites with different TLDs (top level domains - e. g. 100pins.co.uk), collectively referred to as "100pins.com":
  1. Only authorized representatives may administer a 100pins page for a business/event/service/personality.
  2. You are allowed to disable reviews from appearing (if you choose the option of moderation).
  3. 100pins reserves the right to delete or edit comments/data on any page to co-operate with the law of the land, to honour public sensibilities and to abide by the Terms Of Use of 100pins.
  4. If you choose to write a review for your own business, you must make a full and prominent disclosure about your relationship with the business, within the first 15 words of the review.
  5. You may not create user accounts for anyone other than yourself. 100pins reserves the right to delete any content reported by anyone to be fraudulent, and to suspend users indulging in posting such content. Refer to our Reporting Policy for more details.
  6. 100pins reserves the right to terminate a paid merchant page at 100pins' discretion. If such termination is for violation of any guidelines herein (decided at 100pins' sole discretion), 100pins may not refund any part of the money paid by the merchant to 100pins. In other cases, the maximum amount of any claim for refund by a merchant can be only the amount corresponding to the remaining part of the period for which the merchant had paid. For example, if a merchant has paid for 12 months, and 100pins discontinues the page after 8 months, a refund can be claimed only for a maximum of ((12-8)/12) x (amount paid by merchant for the 12 months).
  7. A merchant cannot claim any refund when 100pins itself has not terminated the page.
  8. Content posted to a page is public and viewable by everyone who can see the page.
  9. You may not establish terms for your page that conflict with our terms.
  10. Page URLs are allotted at the sole discretion of 100pins, based on the availability of URLs.
  11. Names of locations, addresses and contact details on your page must be accurate.
  12. While we will strive for it, we cannot guarantee that the site will be up 100% of the time, or function normally 100% of the time, due to many factors, several beyond our control.
  13. Ownership of all data on 100pins will be solely with 100pins and with the person creating the data.
  14. The data (including, but not limited to, email address, mobile number, IP address) of a user posting on that page will be available to you only upon the user choosing to make it available to you, and only to the extent that the user chooses to make it available to you, and only during the contract period.
  15. If you collect content and information directly from users, you will make it clear that you (and not 100pins) are collecting it. Regardless of how you obtain content and information from users, you are responsible for securing all necessary permissions to reuse their content and information.
